About MeA jump… a landing… and excruciating pain. I found out about physical therapy after I sustained a knee injury while training for a high school track meet. It took only one visit, and my career choice was made: I was going to be a PT! And the rest, as they say, is history.
I earned my Bachelor of Science and Physical Therapy degree at Wichita State University in 1988 and in 2014 the Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana. My professional path has encompassed everything on the patient care continuum from acute inpatient care, Skilled Nursing / Extended Care Facilities, and home health care to private practice outpatient clinics. When I’m not seeing patients, I like to spend time with my husband, talk with our grown children who have flown the nest, read thoughtful books, gab and walk with my friends, and travel. |
