A workshop specifically designed for women. If you "leak" when you sneeze, laugh, cough, run, jump, or lift heavy things, THAT IS NOT NORMAL, whether you've had babies or not!
In this class we will be talking about things that can (and do) go amiss south of our belly button, such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurring hip and/or low back pain, bladder pain, the effects of pregnancy and childbirth on a woman's body, etc.
The workshop will be packed not only with information but also with practical tips and action steps to help women begin to regain control over an area of the body that we don’t often talk about.
